Shipping Policy

1.Where do we arrange the shipment from?

• There are local warehouses in the United States.All orders will be shipped from our US warehouse and shipped to your address by UPS, USPS address（Lei, 1117 Davis Ave, Deerfield, IL, 60015, US）. Free Shipping by Express: 3-5 business days.

2.How long does it take to transport?

1. If stock is available in the country or region where the shipping address is located, it is usually 3-5 working days (due to COVID-19, the time may be extended).
2. If the product is out of stock in our warehouse in your country/region, we will arrange shipment from another warehouse, so the logistics time will take 7-30 days, or it may be longer. (Due to the real-time logistics situation and delivery country may cause the extension!)

3.Which countries and regions enjoy free shipping?

• North American: United States 

 

NOTE: The LAUNCH Renewal Card does not ship the actual product, so all countries and regions do not charge shipping!

 

4.How will my goods be shipped?

• UPS/USPS are our shipping methods.

5.If I order multiple items, will they be delivered at the same time?

• We try to ensure that all your items arrive at the same time. Sometimes, our products are not always sent together, because different shipping methods may be used and stock of products may not be available, need to ship from another warehouse, depending on the product.

6.After the package is shipped out, can I change the delivery address of the package?

• Unfortunately, once the product is on the road, we will not be able to change the shipment. So please make sure your delivery address is correct!

7.What should I do when I receive a product that is different from the product I ordered?

• Please contact us via 229913471@qq.com.

8. The product I received is not working properly, can it be replaced?

• Certainly! If there is a problem with the package you received, please contact us in time after you sign for the package! 
• After we receive your return package, we will reschedule the delivery to you!

Note:
Since not every product is in stock in each of our overseas warehouses, when we arrange to ship to you from other warehouses, customs duties may be charged!  Thank you for your understanding!
